Cancellation and Refund

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver every order with care and precision, we understand that there may be rare occasions when you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not started. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via phone or the platform used to place the order.

Once food preparation has started, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund, as ingredients and kitchen resources will have already been committed. If your order was placed through a third-party service (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), please refer to their respective cancellation policies, as they may differ from ours.

Refund Policy

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing any food items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. After verification, we will either:

  • Redeliver the correct/missing items or
  • Issue a refund or credit, based on the situation.

Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the food, please contact us immediately with details and photos (if applicable). We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

In the unlikely event that your confirmed order is not delivered and the issue is caused by our team, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 - 10 business days via the original mode of payment. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
